With over 10 years of experience in education and language training, in France and internationally, she has developed expertise at the intersection of:

A committed and expert founder

Born in a Time of Disruption

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Naïda Ugan worked with professionals from demanding fields, including law, public institutions, business, and higher education.

She identified a recurring challenge: highly qualified professionals — experts in their respective fields — were often held back not by a lack of expertise, but by language barriers, particularly in professional English.

As a parliamentary staffer and university lecturer, she witnessed first-hand how language proficiency can influence credibility, confidence, and a sense of professional legitimacy, especially when communicating orally.

This realization marked a turning point. It led her to develop a different approach to language training — one designed not simply to teach a language, but to help professionals overcome the barriers that prevent them from fully expressing their expertise.
